Yesterday I filled in for Kelly as Photo Editor. Things went smoothly getting photos in and Tyler Estep, the Sports Editor, needed a photo of a freshman QB that I oddly enough had shot this past weekend. I’m not sure why I decided to shoot a freshman QB signing stuff at picture day, but I’m glad I did. Just a lesson for you kids I guess, shoot everything. You’ll never know when you’ll need it.

Logan Gray, a freshman quarterback likely to redshirt, signs assorted sports memorabilia at Picture Day this past weekend. Coach Mark Richt said Wednesday Gray will simulate Oklahoma State quarterback Bobby Reid because of his speed and mobility.

I recruited Design Editor Melanie McNeely (bottom left) and my friends Casey Sharp (bottom right) and Caroline Crawford (top right), and Colin recruited his friend Joel (top left) to serve as our screamers. The photo was taken at the baseball field in Bishop Park.
