Schizophrenia or “American Voices?”

Last night I took photos of this one-woman play that was performed in Georgia Hall at the Tate Center last night.  The play, “American Voices,” was about people dealing with stereotypes.

Thankfully the play was beautifully lit, and the set was sparse, so all I had to do was wait for moments.  Here are the two photos that ran in the paper.

Lee Sherman performs as an Arab-American explaining her decision to “cover up” in Colin Cox’s “American Voices” Tuesday night in the Tate Student Center. Multicultural Services and Programs brought the play and featured a question-and-answer session with Sherman and Cox after the performance.
