As most people know Athens has (or had depending on your view of it) a vibrant music scene. One of the first bands to put Athens on the map in the 80′s was Pylon. Their practice space became the original 40 Watt Club and they have ties to most of the other big name bands that came out of Athens during the time period.
Monday night they held a CD signing at Wuxtry Records to celebrate the re-release of their album “Gyrate.”
