This portraits needs a little context.  The city of Anniston is pulling out their police from patrolling the area of the city this guy lives in.  This is bad news cause this guy’s home has already been robbed twice and his other neighbors several times over the past year or two.

He finally had enough and put up notices to the thieves letting them know what will happen if they mess with him again.
