Think of the children

This was part of a weekend long telethon to raise money for people with Cerebral Palsey.  There were a few events around town aiming to raise money and this was the capstone.  I’ve never seen a telethon in person before, so it was kind of interesting in the, “yeah this is exactly how I thought it would be” sort of way.

One of the best parts about shooting something inside of a TV studio is that they do their own lighting, and its usually pretty nice.  In this case, everything was lit really well had some awesome awesome colors.

Twana Doggrell takes pledges from callers during the telethon for the East Central Alabama Cerebral Palsey Center at the Anniston City Meeting Center Saturday evening.

Teresa Stricklin hosted the first hour of the telethon Saturday night as (left to right) Sonde Coleman, Eula Tatmam and Twana Doggrell took phone calls (operator Corey McWhorter not pictured).

Cameraman Reed Barrett watches The Crimson Flow perform on his camera monitor during their performance during the cerebral palsy telethon at the Anniston City Meeting Center Saturday night.
