Habitat in Gwinnett

Shot some portraits on Wednesday for a story about the 20th anniversary of Habitat for Humanity in Gwinnett.  Both of the people/families pictured received houses from the group.

You can read the story here.

Joyce Heflin was a recipient of a Habitat for Humanity home in Snellville. Gwinnett Habitat is celebrating 20 years of fulfilling its mission with an anniversary festival Saturday.

The Baker family sits around their kitchen table at their home on Ozora Road. The family’s house was built by Habitat for Humanity. On the left is father Benjamin Baker, son Isaiah and daughter Jordan and on the right is mother Bianca, daughter Kennedy and son Josiah.
Joyce Heflin from the first photo, but this time in her home.  This one didn’t run, but I liked it enough to post here.
