Suwanee Day

Shot Suwanee day up in Suwanee yesterday.  There was a parade, inflatables, food, music and craft vendors.  Apparently there were a lot of these going on yesterday, my friend Sara Guevara who works at The Gainesville Times shot some as well for cities her paper covers.

Nicole Teeters jumps up to grab a giant bubble as Avery Hardee does the same behind her at the Suwanee Day festival on Saturday. Along with this year’s festival there was a parade that went down Buford Highway.

Kathy Shen takes a look at her sand art as she adds different colors of sand to the container at Suwanee Day on Saturday.

This just seems a bit strange to me.

Anyone else find it amusing that this boyscout troupe was named after a game that came out more than a decade before any of its members were born?

It was kind of trippy, the ball just floated there.
Devin Streeter measures up his shot.

Sand art, yay!

When I saw this pot I thought of a photo that my friend Tyler Goforth shot at AthFest last year.

Barrels of home made soda.

Boyscouts of America.

More reflections in helmets.
