Mill Creek vs North Gwinnett (Softball)

Here are some photos I took today at the Mill Creek and North Gwinnett softball game.  The light was great because the sun was getting ready to set so everything had a nice golden tone.  Also, I seemed to always be in a good spot to capture the missed catches and dropped balls.

North Gwinnett’s Sammie Rao, left, drops the ball as Mill Creek’s Chandler Griffin, right, slides into second base. Both teams had trouble holding on to the ball during the game.

I accidentally overexposed this one, but I thought it had an interesting look and color tone to it.

  1. Cool shots, I really like the first one and the two of the pitcher/base runner. What ISO were you shooting at?

  2. I think either 100 or 200. I try to shoot as low as possible whenever I have enough light. The quality of the images looks so much better as you get lower.
