My Life

Full(y) Frame(d)

Yesterday before I went up to Gainesville to visit Lauren, my new camera arrived.  The 5D Mark II is a very nice camera and in the short time I’ve been shooting with it, I’ve been very impressed with its low-light performance and its full frame sensor.  I’ve yet to try the video function out, but when I do I’ll post a sample here.

Lauren and I made choco-tacos, a crape with chocolate sauce, vanilla ice cream and peanuts folded into a taco shape.

This wasn’t planned, but the sales amount when this was shot is incidentally my birth date, go figure.  I didn’t start and stop this either, that’s just what the frame captured as it was counting up to around 13 gallons.

ISO 800 looks pretty good right here.

Lauren makes herself some french toast for breakfast this morning before she heads to school.
