Tonight I made some spaghetti and turkey balls for dinner. I modified a recipe I found online from Alton Brown of Food Network and UGA Alumni fame and adapted it to use ground turkey since I didn’t have any of the various meats he made the recipe for.
Regardless, it came out well and I have enough food for 3 more dinners. Good times.
