My Life

Decatur Psalms (Thanks Scott & Outkast)

Today my friend Bill Richards, also a fantastic cartoonist/illustrator, took me on a trip to a hidden run down place in the woods in Decatur.  The graffiti was brilliantly colored and would make for a good backdrop for a future portrait session.

Normally I’m not big on squarish crops, but this one had a very medium-format feel to it which I liked.

I had been told that if you shoot a lens backwards on the camera body it can kind of do macro-photography.  It didn’t do it so well, but the weird blurring that occurred as a result was interesting enough for me to decide to post it.
