One of the funny things about leases is how certain things are classified. A few years back my friend Steve noticed in our lease that fish and other tank dwelling animals fell under the domain of furniture instead of actual pets. “Pets” required a few-hundred dollar deposit, where as furniture did not.
Anyways, Brett owns a turtle named Cornelius so this post is dedicated to him.
