A few weeks ago I found out about the annual Atlanta Fair that sets up shop across I-85/75 from Turner Field. Kelvin and I went out to get photos of it before the fair goes away tomorrow. Kelvin had prior commitments, so we weren’t able to get out there until after it was already dark. With that in mind I decided to do a series of blurs using the lights on the rides.
