Panfried Catfish
My dinner, pan fried floured catfish with a corn, red onion and balsamic vinaigrette dressing over a bed of fresh spinach and white rice. It was awesome.

What’s for dinner?
Tonight I made dinner and it looked especially photogenic so I decided to take a few photos. Seasoned tofu and potatoes, spinach and tomatoes with a balsamic vinaigrette and cream of broccoli rice.
Tofu Curry
Tonight for dinner I made curry with tofu, potato, onion, cashews, three types of peppers (including habanero) and rice. Simply put, awesome. My dinner tonight.
