Back during my junior year of college I had the great fortune to be accused of conspiracy to undermine the student government of the University of Georgia in conjunction with a fellow named Chris Lindsey and a mutual friend of ours. The thing was, until that day, the three of us had never been in the same room together all at the same time before. Little did I know though, that guy and I would keep in touch and eventually he’d fly me out to Colorado to shoot his wedding.
Chris asked me to shoot his wedding earlier this year and I consider myself very fortunate that I was able to. Emily and Chris were a great couple who were very gracious to drag me across the country to be with them on their special day. The two go absolutely perfectly together and everything about their wedding day was absolutely amazing. The ceremony, at the Dillon Community Church sits near Dillon Lake and the reception was at the ski resort Beaver Run in Breckenridge. Add fantastic weather and beautiful, scenic mountains everywhere you look and you have the perfect recipe for memories that will last a lifetime.
