Josh D. Weiss is a professional photographer from Atlanta, Ga. He graduated from the University of Georgia in May of 2008 and received degrees in Newspapers (with an emphasis in photojournalism) and Sociology.

While in college he served as Chief Photographer and Photo Editor of the school newspaper, The Red & Black, and also freelanced for The Associated Press as well as assorted newspapers, magazines and Universities.

After college, he interned at The Anniston Star for three months before being offered a job at the Gwinnett Daily Post.  After several months with the paper he decided to focus on freelance work and went full-time with Josh D. Weiss Photography.

Josh is available for all types of freelance work in the North Georgia/Metro Atlanta area including, but not limited to: portraits, sports, weddings, concerts, editorial work, bar/bat mitzvahs, corporate events, product photography and other commercial work.
