Music has been an integral part of Josh’s life for as long as he can remember.  Having played in two bands himself, he understands what goes into making music both behind the scenes and on-stage.  Let him put this knowledge to use for you.

His documentary style of photography from his time as a photojournalist allows him to not only see your band as a singular entity on a stage, but a group of musicians working towards something more.

The difference between Josh and other photographers is the amount of thought that goes into each shoot to make sure your photos are individualized for your band.  He does not believe in simply, “phoning it in.”

Not only has Josh shot bands on his own, but he has also interned with Spin Magazine at the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival during the summer of 2006.

What you get:

Josh is available around Atlanta and will work every aspect of your show, from the stage to your fans to the merch table and even backstage if you’d like.

Various special photography tricks can also be employed to match the sound and style of your band.  Obviously, a calmer sound would not need to employ light dragging techniques and so on.

Photos from the show can be turned around to the band by the next day for usage on websites or other promotional material.  Additionally, you can combine this service with his portrait services to make a complete EPK.
