Last week I shot the Virginia Tech vs. Georgia Tech basketball game at Alexander Memorial Coliseum in Atlanta for The Macon Telegraph.  It was the final game of the regular season, and Georgia Tech laid an egg.

Last Thursday before shooting the Hawks game (see yesterday) I shot a golf game for North Springs against Chamblee High School at the North Fulton Golf Course.  The light was great and made shooting really easy.

Last week I shot another Hawks game for US Presswire.  I was incredibly tired because I had pulled my first shift for my new part time job at CNN.com which requires me to wake up really early, then I shot some high school golf for North Springs before I even got to Philips.

Last Saturday I shot a Tea Party rally at the Georgia Capitol that marked the group’s one year anniversary in the state for the AJC.  Turnout was considerably smaller than the big bash they had last year that I shot (see here).  I’m not sure if its a sign that the group is losing supporters [...]

Last week during the soccer games I shot (see here) I took a quick photo of the moon since it was out a bit early.   I’d post something more substantive, but I have an early day tomorrow and need to be asleep fairly soon.

Last week I shot the JV Boys and Girls soccer games between North Atlanta and North Springs High School.  The light was really nice, then the sun set and it wasn’t so nice… and it was cold.

A few days ago I heard that there was going to be a giant pillow fight down at Piedmont Park.  Obviously, I made sure I was there to capture it.  There were a lot of photographers there, but none of them seemed willing to get knee deep in the fight, well, except for me.

Shot the UNC vs. Georgia Tech game on Tuesday for Macon.  It was a blowout, UNC dropped the game by 20 points.  Poor Roy Williams, it is not his year.
