Yesterday I went up to Roswell to help figure out what was wrong with my grandfather’s computer, yes, he’s 95 and uses his computer quite regularly.  Before I started though my dad took me out to lunch at Steak N’ Shake.

As I sat down to watch TV and eat dinner tonight the golden setting sun hit me.  It kind of sucked cause it was really bright, but before I decided to close the blinds I decided to take a photo.

Tonight I made dinner and it looked especially photogenic so I decided to take a few photos.

Seasoned tofu and potatoes, spinach and tomatoes with a balsamic vinaigrette and cream of broccoli rice.

Tonight for dinner I made curry with tofu, potato, onion, cashews, three types of peppers (including habanero) and rice.  Simply put, awesome.
