eBay Motors came to us with 1k YouTube subscribers and the desire to grow. We ended up creating a five episode content series for them with the goal of changing how auto content on YouTube looked. Our first episode racked up over one million views in two weeks, episode #2 took half that. We also increased eBay Motors YouTube subscribers by 1,400% with three episodes yet to be released.

For the logo we wanted to play up the modification theme of the series.
Our designer on the project, Chris Ruppelt suggested having the 2 cycle between different parts and fonts to show the logo being moded in real time. We knew right away we had a winner.
Chris and I also worked closely to develop our on screen graphic system. We wanted a unified look across every asset so we'd have a cohesive design language. Additionally, it made it easy to create one-off assets as needs popped up during editing. Big props to our production partner Plus Plus for taking our designs and bringing them to life.
We wanted our key art for the eseries to feel gritty and rough to play up the aggresive nature of our footage and edit. To announce our guest stars, we created motion posters that ran on the @ebaymotors Instagram page to compliment our cutdowns that ran as Reels and Stories.
